
Ashley is an attorney that practices Real Estate and Wills, Estate Planning, and Probate law at McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter. Ashley has broad experience with real estate matters, including residential closings, Homeowners Association and Condo law, neighbor disputes and foreclosures. She also has experience drafting various documents that help clients achieve their end-of-life wishes, or helping the surviving family administer the estate.
Ashley is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, where she majored in Exercise and Sport Science. After earning a master’s degree from Florida State University in Sports Administration, Ashley worked several years in the youth sports field. In 2006, Ashley graduated from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and began her legal career. While in law school, Ashley concentrated her curriculum on Real Estate and Gift & Estate Tax Planning.
Ashley’s favorite clients are first time homebuyers and couples with young children planning for the unexpected. Away from the office, Ashley enjoys attending youth soccer games that her husband Forrest coaches. Ashley and Forrest share a daughter, Macie, and two dogs that rule the house. An active board member of the Family Support Network of Central Carolina, Ashley is committed to enabling all parents of children with special needs to become their child’s best advocate.
