McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter performs residential real estate closings for homebuyers and those that are refinancing their current homes. Chris Justice manages the real estate practice, and either he or Ashley S. Collier will personally attend the closing ceremony. McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter can also prepare closing related documents such as Contracts, Powers of Attorney, Deeds, Lien Waivers, Free Trader Agreements, Notes and Deeds of Trust, and many other documents necessary for real estate closings.
McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter has a successful history of working with bank-owned sellers, short sales and foreclosure properties, and prides itself on making sure an attorney is available for pre-closing questions. In addition, a real estate file is NEVER closed until all of the post-closing issues such as deed of trust cancellations and title insurance policies have been resolved.
Paige Wolfe is the real estate paralegal and brings an extensive knowledge base with her. The real estate division’s purpose is to ensure that the closing process is smooth and happens as scheduled. When circumstances beyond the firm’s control arise, Paige, Ashley and Chris will assist by providing solutions and guidance to all parties involved.
Every closing is allotted one hour to avoid undue delays and to prevent the clients from waiting. If it appears that a closing will be abnormally delayed, great care will be taken to reschedule the closing to a time that is convenient for all the parties.
For more information, or to schedule a closing please call Paige or Ashley at 336-275-5885 or e-mail Paige at paige@mckinneyandjustice.com.
